Overview: เนื่องจากมีเวลาสอน 30 นาที และในเวชปฏิบัติมี cardiomyopathy ที่พบบ่อยมากกว่า 10 ชนิด หากแบ่งเวลาจะได้ชนิดละ 3 นาที (ยังไม่รวม myocarditis) ดังนั้น จึงขอ pinpoint dedicated time สำหรับ cardiomyopathy ที่สำคัญและมีข้อมูลใหม่ สองชนิดคือ hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) or ATTR-CM (transthyretin cardiomyopathy) และ myocarditis มีเพียง top-7 messages ใน 1 สไลด์

Objectives:

1. ทราบ symptoms and signs ในการวินิจฉัย hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) or ATTR-CM (transthyretin cardiomyopathy.
2. สามารถวินิจฉัยผู้ป่วย ATTR-CM (transthyretin cardiomyopathy โดยใช้ diagnostic algorithm และทราบที่มาของ algorithm นั้น
3. ทราบบทบาทของ genetic testing สำหรับ HCM or ATTR-CM.
4. ทราบการรักษาภาวะ obstruction ในผู้ป่วย HCM
5. ทราบยาที่ใช้รักษาผู้ป่วย HCM or ATTR-CM.
6. สามารถ Identify ผู้ป่วย HCM ที่ควรได้รับการฝังเครื่อง ICDs หรือได้รับการรักษาด้วย alcohol septal ablation or septal myectomy.
7. Identify patients with myocarditis and list the recommendations for endomyocardial biopsy in patients with myocarditis
